Ingredients
- 1 large baguette
- 2 – 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
- 1 package (5 ounces) goat cheese
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey, plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream (optional)
- 1/2 package (16 ounces) Driscoll’s Strawberries, cored and halved
- 1/2 package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Blueberries
- Fresh thyme leaves
Directions
- PREHEAT grill pan or skillet to high.
- SLICE 1 large baguette into 3/4-inch slices.
- DRIZZLE each baguette slice with olive oil.
- FLIP slices and drizzle with olive oil.
- GRILL slices on both sides until lightly toasted.
- SET ASIDE grilled baguette slices.
- PLACE 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese into a food processor.
- ADD 1 package (5 ounces) goat cheese.
- ADD 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey.
- PROCESS until smooth.
- TASTE mixture and ADD additional maple syrup or honey as desired.
- ADD 1 tablespoon heavy cream if thinner texture is desired.
- DOLLOP about 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture onto each baguette slice.
- PLACE sliced strawberries onto each baguette slice.
- PLACE blueberries onto each baguette slice.
- DRIZZLE maple syrup or honey over each baguette slice.
- SPRINKLE fresh thyme leaves over crostini.
- SERVE immediately.
