Strawberry S’mores with Dark Chocolate Dipping Sauce

Transform fresh, juicy strawberries into sweet marshmallow s’mores you can toast by the fire. A simple yet decadent chocolate sauce and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs mean the hardest part will be getting your hands on one before they're all gone!

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 Cup heavy cream
- 1 Cup marshmallow cream
- 1 Package (16 ounces) Driscoll's Strawberries, long stem if available
- Bamboo skewers
- 3 graham crackers, crushed
Directions
- PLACE 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips into a small heat proof bowl and SET ASIDE.
- POUR 1/4 cup heavy cream into a small saucepan.
- COOK over medium heat just until cream begins to steam. Do not overcook.
- POUR cream over chocolate chips and ALLOW to rest 5 minutes.
- WHISK until smooth and SET ASIDE chocolate mixture.
- PLACE 1 cup marshmallow cream into a heat proof bowl.
- HEAT in microwave on medium (50%) power 15 – 20 seconds until melted and easy to stir.
- SET ASIDE marshmallow cream.
- PAT DRY strawberries from 1 package (16 ounces) strawberries.
- INSERT 1 bamboo skewer into stem end of each strawberry.
- DIP each strawberry half way into marshmallow cream and SWIRL until coated.
- TRANSFER strawberries to a tall drinking glass with strawberries pointed upward.
- REHEAT marshmallow cream in microwave at low power as needed.
- TOAST marshmallow cream strawberries over open flames or with kitchen torch until golden brown.
- CRUSH 3 graham crackers into large crumbs and PLACE into a small bowl.
- SERVE immediately with chocolate dipping sauce and crushed graham crackers.
