Ingredients
- 2 purchased naan or 1 purchased large flatbread
- 1 – 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 – 4 ounces goat cheese
- Half of 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Raspberries
- 1/4 cup arugula
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1 ½ teaspoons honey
Directions
- LINE a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- PREHEAT oven to 375°F.
- PLACE 2 purchased naan or 1 purchased large flatbread onto prepared baking sheet.
- BRUSH 1 – 2 tablespoons olive oil over bread.
- CRUMBLE 2 – 4 ounces goat cheese into small pieces evenly over bread.
- BAKE 10 minutes until goat cheese is softened.
- DISTRIBUTE half of 1 package (6 ounces) raspberries over bread.
- BAKE 1 – 2 minutes.
- DISTRIBUTE 1/4 cup arugula over bread.
- DRIZZLE with 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar.
- DRIZZLE with 1 ½ teaspoons honey.
- SERVE immediately.
