Raspberry Shandy Cocktail

A shandy is a cocktail combining mild beer and citrus flavors. It goes by many names. In Germany it's called a Radler, in France and Italy it’s called a Panaché, and it’s called a Zampu in Catalan. Feel free to just call our version pretty, pink, and delicious!

Ingredients
- Ice
- 8 Driscoll's Raspberries, divided
- 1 ounce orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1 – 1½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Draft beer
Directions
- FILL a tall cocktail tumbler with ice and SET ASIDE.
- PLACE 5 raspberries into a cocktail shaker.
- ADD 1 ounce orange liqueur.
- PRESS and MASH raspberries with a cocktail muddler or the back of a large spoon.
- ADD 3/4 ounce simple syrup.
- ADD 1 – 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
- FILL cocktail shaker with ice.
- COVER tightly with lid.
- SHAKE cocktail shaker vigorously until sides are well frosted.
- STRAIN into prepared cocktail tumbler.
- FILL glass to rim with draft beer.
- GARNISH with 3 raspberries.
- SERVE immediately.
