Raspberry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 Packages (6 ounces each) Driscoll's Raspberries
- 3-4 Tbsp. sugar, divided
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons cornstarch
- Water
Directions
- PLACE raspberries into a blender or food processor.
- BLEND until smooth.
- PRESS puree through a mesh sieve and DISCARD seeds.
- POUR puree into a measuring cup.
- ADD water, if necessary, to make 1 cup.
- SET ASIDE raspberry puree.
- PLACE 3 tablespoons sugar into a small saucepan.
- ADD 1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch and WHISK to combine.
- ADD raspberry puree.
- BRING to a boil over medium-high heat.
- COOK 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thickened and STIR CONSTANTLY.
- TASTE sauce and ADD more sugar if necessary.
- ALLOW to cool.
