Raspberry Infused Vodka
Transform raspberries and vodka into a spiced liqueur fancy enough for holiday cocktail parties and gifts for friends and family. Plan ahead since it takes 3 to 4 weeks for the raspberries to infuse into the vodka. Use your favorite spices to create additional flavors!

Ingredients
- 5 Packages (6 ounces each) Driscoll's Raspberries
- 1 1/2 Cups sugar
- Steeping spices such as cinnamon sticks, split vanilla beans, rosemary sprigs, fresh bay leaves, peeled ginger, or lemongrass
- 12 Cups vodka or enough to top off your bottles
Directions
- DISTRIBUTE 5 packages (6 ounces each) raspberries evenly between 6 sealable bottles, carafes, or large canning jars.
- ADD 1/4 cup sugar to each bottle.
- ADD steeping spices of choice to each bottle.
- FILL each bottle with vodka to within 1 inch of rims.
- COVER bottles tightly.
- SHAKE bottles a few times to dissolve sugar.
- STORE bottles at room temperature in a cool dark place such as a pantry or a cupboard.
- KEEP bottles at room temperature and SHAKE every few days.
- WAIT for bottles to reach desired color and flavor, 3 – 4 weeks.
- STRAIN liqueur through a mesh strainer and DISCARD solids.
- RETURN liqueur to bottles.
- STORE liqueur at room temperature for up to a year; additional aging helps to smooth flavor.
- ADD fresh raspberries as desired and REFRIGERATE if fresh raspberries are added.
- SERVE over ice or GIVE as gifts.
