Mixed Berry Sangria Cocktail

A delicious sangria cocktail made with white wine, rum, and fresh berries! Easy to prepare and great for parties, holidays, and more. Sour mix and ginger beer add a unique punch. The recipe makes one serving, but it’s simple to multiply it up and invite your friends!

Ingredients
- Ice
- 6 Driscoll's Raspberries, divided
- 8 Driscoll's Blueberries, divided
- 2 Driscoll's Strawberry, hulled and divided
- 2 Orange slices
- 1 Lemon slice
- 1 ½ Ounces (about 3 tablespoons) dark rum, such as Zaya
- 1/2 Oz. (about 1 tablespoon) sour mix
- 1 Oz. (about 2 tablespoons) ginger beer
- 4 Ounces (about 1/2 cup) fruity white wine, such as Vouvray or Riesling
- 1 Mint sprig
Directions
- FILL a tall drinking glass with ice and SET ASIDE.
- PLACE 3 raspberries into a cocktail shaker.
- ADD 5 blueberries and ADD 1 hulled strawberry.
- ADD 1 orange slice and ADD 1 lemon slice.
- MASH gently with the back of a spoon or muddler.
- FILL cocktail shaker half full with ice.
- ADD 1 ½ ounces (about 3 tablespoons) dark rum.
- ADD 1/2 ounce (about 1 tablespoon) sour mix.
- ADD 1 ounce (about 2 tablespoons) ginger beer.
- ADD 4 ounces (about 1/2 cup) fruity white wine.
- COVER cocktail shaker tightly with lid and SHAKE until sides of shaker are frosted.
- POUR cocktail into prepared glass.
- TASTE cocktail and adjust with additional ginger beer or wine as desired.
- GARNISH with additional berries and chopped orange.
- GARNISH with 1 mint sprig.
- SERVE immediately.
