Mixed Berry S'Mores Recipe

Invite friends and family to a fresh twist on s’mores! Build a grazing board of mixed fresh berries, oven toasted marshmallows, and a simple yet decadent chocolate sauce. The hardest part will be getting your hands on one of the mixed berry s'smores before they're all eaten!

Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 12 large purchased marshmallows
- 2 cups mixed Driscoll’s Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries or Blueberries
- 24 graham crackers, halved
Directions
- COVER a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- PREHEAT oven to broil.
- PLACE 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips into a medium microwave safe bowl.
- ADD 1/4 cup heavy cream.
- MICROWAVE on medium power about 30 seconds.
- STIR mixture thoroughly with a fork.
- MICROWAVE again on medium power about 30 seconds.
- STIR thoroughly.
- CONTINUE to MICROWAVE and STIR in short intervals until chocolate is completely melted and blended. Do not overcook.
- PLACE chocolate mixture onto a large serving platter.
- PLACE 12 large marshmallows onto prepared baking sheet and ALLOW about 1 inch between marshmallows.
- BROIL 1 – 3 minutes until toasted to desired color.
- TURN marshmallows over carefully.
- BROIL again 1 – 3 minutes until toasted to desired color.
- PLACE toasted marshmallows onto serving platter.
- PLACE 2 cups assorted berries into a medium bowl and PLACE onto serving platter. (STEM and CORE and SLICE strawberries if using.)
- PLACE 24 graham cracker halves onto serving platter.
- GENTLY REWARM chocolate mixture as desired.
- SERVE immediately and allow guests to ASSEMBLE individual s’mores.
