Blackberry Hot Toddy Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 Ounces bourbon whiskey
- Granulated sugar, for rimming glass
- 1/2 Tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup hot water or mild brewed tea
- 1/2 of a 6-ounce package Driscoll's Blackberries
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 vanilla stick
Directions
- POUR brown sugar into a small, shallow dish.
- RUN lemon wedge along rim of a mug or cocktail tumbler.
- DIP rim of mug into brown sugar.
- MASH berries in a colander over a bowl to capture juice.
- ADD whiskey, vanilla, remaining juice from lemon wedge, and hot water or tea to blackberry juice.
- POUR in leftover brown sugar.
- STIR until sugar dissolves.
- POUR mixture into prepared glass.
- GARNISH with vanilla stick and one blackberry.
