Baked Brie with Honeyed Mixed Berries and Pistachios

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 wheel (13.3 ounces) ripe Brie, chilled
- 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Raspberries
- 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blackberries
- 1/2 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped
- Water crackers or toasted baguette slices
Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
- POUR 1/4 cup honey into a small saucepan or skillet.
- ADD 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar.
- ADD 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary.
- SET ASIDE honey mixture.
- REMOVE 1 wheel Brie from packaging. Do not discard box.
- SLICE OFF and DISCARD top rind of Brie (optional).
- PLACE Brie back into box and PLACE box onto baking sheet.
- BAKE just until warm and top is softened, 5 – 10 minutes. Do not overcook.
- TRANSFER Brie carefully to a serving platter and SET ASIDE.
- HEAT honey mixture over medium just until warm, about 3 minutes. Do not overcook.
- ADD ADD 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blackberries.
- ADD 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Raspberries.
- ADD 1/2 cup chopped pistachios.
- FOLD gently to combine ingredients.
- POUR berry mixture over warm Brie.
- SERVE immediately with water crackers or toasted baguette slices.
