About the Opportunity

Additional Locations: Portugal - Boavista          

We are looking for a Nursery Planner to help manage the planning and coordination involved in producing plant materials critical to our berry production. This role supports nursery operations across the EMEA region and plays a key part in ensuring plant availability aligns with production needs. You will be involved in managing production orders, supporting demand-supply alignment, and contributing to improvements in our planning systems and processes. This role can be executed from any of our Driscoll's offices in EMEA, in the UK, Portugal, Spain or Morrocco aside from the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reliable nursery production plans in collaboration with internal teams and nursery partners.

• Coordinate production scheduling and delivery with nursery partners to meet internal requirements.

• Support forecasting and supply transparency to improve planning accuracy.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and represent nursery planning in global Oracle ERP implementation.

• Communicate effectively across functions to align priorities and address supply risks or opportunities.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Agriculture, or a related discipline.

• Experience in planning within dynamic or fast-changing environments; experience in agricultural or supply chain sectors is a plus.

• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems are desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

• Analytical thinker comfortable working with complex data.

• Proactive and adaptable with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
