As part of a multi-year global transformation, we are redesigning our enterprise systems and processes to unlock greater efficiency, innovation, and scale. A key part of this effort is the implementation of a new global Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) ecosystem—anchored by Oracle Fusion and supported by a range of specialized systems. The EMEA region is kicking off its EBA journey in 2025, and we’re looking for a skilled and ambitious Master Data Regional Process Owner to help lead the way. What makes this opportunity unique? This isn’t a role where you step into a fully defined playbook. On the contrary: you’ll help write it. You’ll take the global blueprint for Master Data and tailor it to the complex and diverse EMEA landscape. You’ll lead the charge in building governance structures, designing processes, and connecting data streams across functions like farming, supply chain, and commercial operations. And when the implementation is complete? You’ll transition into a key leadership role as Master Data Manager for DEMEA, working in the very environment you helped design and shape.

Responsibilities

• Localize and implement the global Master Data strategy within the EMEA region
• Design and govern data structures for complex, cross-functional processes
• Lead master data mapping, cleansing, migration, and validation efforts
• Influence stakeholders across the business and drive adoption of new data standards
• Collaborate closely with peers in transformation, IT, and operations across regions
• Build something from the ground up—your way—and leave a lasting legacy

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, ideally in international ERP environments

• Experience with large-scale systems implementations (Oracle Fusion a plus)

• Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and architecture

• A proactive, collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills

• A desire to innovate, challenge the status quo, and build sustainable structures

• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus

This role requires occasional travel (up to 15%) within EMEA and offers a high degree of autonomy. You’ll report to our Business Transformation Manager and be part of a highly motivated, cross-functional team.
