About the Opportunity

Driscoll’s is seeking a Blue Yonder (BY)/JDA Business Systems Analyst with experience building and supporting solutions using configuration, data queries and other system tools to support warehouse management and warehouse labor solutions to meet business requirements. As a BY/JDA Business Systems Analyst, you will work with key stakeholders, BY/JDA development lead, Support team and internal customers to support existing solutions, build new solutions while providing, technical guidance, system configuration best practices and operational support. This position will deliver relevant, timely and insightful information and support to the business and champion the distribution network.

Responsibilities

• 4+ years of functional solutioning and configuration experience with BY/JDA (Red Prairie) Warehouse Management System (WMS), Warehouse Labor.

• Management (WLM).

• System Analysis, and support experience with BY/JDA (Red Prairie) including: WLM setup, testing and deployment, new warehouse creation, configuration, testing, deployment, Scanning devices, printer system integration, Page Builder and Jasper report creation and Ad hoc data queries.

• Unit /integration /system test development and execution.

• Scalability & Performance: Ensure the WMS can scale with business growth, supporting increased order volume, store replenishment, and e-commerce fulfillment. • Process Optimization: Identify and develop opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement within warehouse operations Work effectively and produce consistent results with minimal supervision. Analyzing trends and opportunities.

• Travel and participate in on-site activities. May require Domestic and international travel up to 25%.

• Support the business with off-hours work as required, including weekends, holidays, and rotational on call support

• Follow Company policies and practices while presenting Driscoll’s in an ethical and business-like manner in all interactions with employees, governmental agencies, growers, customers, etc.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

• 2 to 6 years of experience within implementations or business environment working with BY/JDA platform.

• Have warehouse management and labor management implementation and support experience.

• 2+ years of SQL Server or SQL*Plus experience.

• Collaborate with analysts and business process owners in the configuration, development, testing and support of BY/JDA software applications and programs.

• Must be able to interact well with multiple priorities in an extremely dynamic 
environment, initiating necessary tasks and ensuring complete follow-up.

• Identify new configuration or reporting needs to maximize warehouse efficiency.

• Develop and maintain a configuration change log and associated documentation describing the benefits.

• Develop reports to enhance operational use of the WMS based on user feedback.

• Translate business needs as well as functional requirements to create technical and functional specifications.

• Ensure the security of Driscoll’s confidential and proprietary information and materials.

• Provide BY/JDA WMS support including testing, analysis, development, and issue resolution.

• Participate in deployment and release (Go-Live) activities.

• Demonstrate a common-sense and organized approach to task prioritization and time management.

• Demonstrate a high level of verbal and written communication skills.

• Participates in system support activities as needed

Compensation & Benefits: 
The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the salary range and benefits for the position posted.  The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors. 
 
Salary Range estimated for the Business Systems Analyst II:  $68,500 to $106,000 USD.
