What Is the Management Trainee Program?
Launching August 2026, this two-year rotational program is designed
to build a strong pipeline of future leaders through hands-on,
project-based work, mentorship, and leadership exposure.

Who Should Apply?
- Former interns, recent graduates and Driscoll’s employees
- Up to 3 years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; must reside in the U.S. or Mexico
How Is the Program Structured?
- 1-month in-depth onboarding
- 4–5 rotations (4–6 months each)
- Final capstone project addressing a real business challenge
What Trainees Do
- Own high-impact projects aligned to business goals
- Build functional depth and cross-functional perspective
- Develop leadership skills through real work and mentorship
What Participation Involves for Business Units
- Track Sponsor (Senior Manager+, two-year commitment)
- 4–5 Rotation Hosts (Manager+, 4–6 month rotations)
- Meaningful project definition and feedback
- Capstone Project Panel participation
