Chairman and CEO

Miles is a fourth-generation California farmer, who has experience in every aspect of the berry business. Prior to graduating from Princeton University he worked under his father, Joe, on strawberry farms along the central California coast. Currently, Miles serves as Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Driscoll’s. He is involved in industry organizations and his local community. Miles has served as Chairman of the Board of both the California Strawberry Commission and the Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County. Today he serves on the boards of the Western Growers Association (WGA) and the Produce Marketing Association (PMA).

Rodney Bonds

Rodney Bonds
Director of Distribution

Rodney has been working for Driscoll’s for two and a half years. He leads teams responsible for creating standard operating procedures, implementing new systems and technologies, and creating processes and metrics that capture the efficiency and effectiveness for Driscoll’s coolers. His goals are to improve quality and customer service while controlling costs within our domestic and international distribution networks. Rodney’s office is in Watsonville, but he spends weekends at home with his family in Las Vegas. Rodney holds a BS in Marketing and an MBA in Organizational Management. He has been active as a volunteer for youth-related causes supported by Driscoll’s philanthropy department. His hobbies include reading and playing team sports with his son Eric.

Kenny Kusumoto

Kenny Kusumoto
Export Sales Manager

Kenny has been working at Driscoll’s for eight years: he started as a consultant, and later joined the team on a full-time basis. As Export Sales Manager, his primary responsibilities are developing overseas markets for Driscoll’s. Kenny received his AA degree at Cabrillo College, then went on to complete his BA degree at UCLA and graduate studies at San Jose State. He lives in Watsonville with his wife, 3 daughters and a son. He is active in many community causes, serving on the Board of Directors for the Watsonville Buddhist Temple and the Visiting Nurses Association. He also volunteers at a Japanese cultural school, Kokoro No Gakko, the Santa Cruz County Breakers 96G and the Young Buddhist Association. Kenny’s hobbies include reading, trying exotics foods and attending his children’s sporting events.

Linda Moore

Linda Moore
Product Quality and Food Safety Secretary

Linda has been with Driscoll’s for 32 years. Her job entails supporting the Vice President of Operations and all of his direct reports. She attended primary school in Mexico. After moving with her family to the United States, she went on to complete high school and some college coursework. She and her husband Scott live in Prunedale. Linda serves as a Board member for Dientes, a non-profit organization in Santa Cruz that provides dental care for those who cannot afford it. She loves the outdoors, running, walking, hiking, back packing, and traveling.

Laura Webster

Laura Webster
Community Relations Specialist

Laura has been with Driscoll’s for three years. As Community Relations Specialist, her job responsibilities include generating programs, tools and support for Driscoll’s stakeholders to help them get involved and make a personal difference in their communities. Laura holds a BA degree in Political Science and is pursuing a Masters Degree in Public Administration. Prior to joining Driscoll’s, she worked for education, political advocacy and humanitarian foundations and non-profit organizations in California and Central America. She lives in Santa Cruz, CA, enjoys spending time with her two nephews, Paulo and Isaac, and enjoys traveling, sports and the fine arts.
