Featured Position
Research Scientist - Molecular Biology
Applying the tools of molecular biology to accelerate breeding through finding markers associated with traits of interest and with application of marker assisted breeding. Design and conduct research using the tools of molecular biology. Responsibilities include discovery and application work as well as supervision of technical staff. Plan and execute Driscoll’s marker assisted selection program. Manage information and relationships with external researchers. Some travel will be required. Stay current with the newest molecular tools that would aid Driscoll’s in accomplishing our mission.
