Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal, optional
  • 3/4 Cup ice cubes
  • 2/3 Cup plain yogurt of choice
  • 1 1/2 Cups frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blueberries
  • 1-1 1/2 milk of choice

Directions

  1. PLACE 1/2 cup oats into blender.
  2. ADD 1/2 tablespoon flaxseed meal (if using).
  3. PULSE blender several times on high speed until oats are finely ground.
  4. ADD 3/4 cup ice cubes and ADD 2/3 cup yogurt.
  5. BLEND until mixture flows easily inside of blender.
  6. ADD 1 ½ frozen bananas.
  7. BLEND again until mixture flows easily inside of blender.
  8. ADD blueberries.
  9. BLEND until mixture flows easily inside of blender.
  10. ADD 1 cup milk and BLEND until mixture flows easily inside of blender.
  11. ADD more milk in small amounts until smoothie is the consistency you like.
  12. DIVIDE smoothie between 2 or 3 glasses and SERVE immediately.
