• 1 Container (64 ounces) purchased apple cider
  • 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blackberries
  • 6 cinnamon sticks
  • 7 round slices of unpeeled orange, divided
  • 1/2 Tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 star anise
  1. SET ASIDE six blackberries from package.
  2. COMBINE apple cider, remaining blackberries, 4 orange slices, ground cinnamon, and star anise in a large saucepot.
  3. HEAT cider mixture over medium-high heat just until it begins to boil, stirring occasionally.
  4. REDUCE HEAT to medium.
  5. SIMMER cider mixture until blackberries begin to lose color.
  6. STRAIN cider mixture through a strainer and DISCARD solids.
  7. POUR cider into 6 glasses.
  8. CUT remaining orange slices in half.
  9. GARNISH glasses with an orange slice, a blackberry, and a cinnamon stick.
  10. SERVE blackberry cider hot or chilled.
