2020 Announcement

We have some exciting news for you today that will allow you to play an even bigger role in helping Driscoll’s develop products you want. Starting next year, Driscoll’s is moving the panel to a new platform provided by Ipsos – one of the world’s leading research firms. Because you’ve shared your feedback with Driscoll’s in the past via the Advisory Panel, you’ll automatically qualify to participate in the new Driscoll’s Community. 
 
Now you may be wondering – Why the change? What’s different? What does this mean for me?
 
First, we want to assure you that you’ll continue to be able to share your feedback on the Driscoll’s berries you buy in the survey you’re used to, and your point balance will transfer over unchanged. 
 
In addition, you’ll get to virtually meet and talk with other members who love Driscoll’s berries.  In the future, you’ll have the opportunity to share recipe ideas, collaborate on new product ideas, and so much more!    
 
We’re so excited about this next evolution of the Driscoll’s Consumer Advisory Panel, and we hope you are too!

How to Register 

Existing panel members will receive an invitation email with directions on how to register and transfer your points.
 
Registration for new members will open on January 4th. Please keep an eye out for the registration details on our FAQ section below.

Important Dates

December 23, 2020 to January 8, 2021 - Options to redeem your points will be temporarily disabled for migration to our new platform. You may continue to take surveys and points will be accumulated as usual until December 29, 2020. Points may be redeemed on our new platform starting on January 8, 2021. 
 
December 29, 2020 to January 4, 2021 - This consumer advisory panel product satisfaction survey will be disabled for migration to our new platform. The satisfaction survey you're familiar with will be available on our new platform starting on January 4, 2021.

How it Works

  • Enjoy a berry moment and save the packaging
  • Take a quick satisfaction survey online
  • Receive rewards points by filling out up to two surveys per day!
 
  • Complete 1 survey and receive 25 points.
  • Complete 8 surveys and receive 200 points which is $2 in rewards.
  • Complete 20 surveys and receive 500 points which is $5 in rewards.
  • Complete 40 surveys and receive 1,000 points which is $10 in rewards.

What's more, each month, four people who participated in a product satisfaction survey during that month, will be selected to win a 2,500 point bonus! To be entered, you must participate in one product satisfaction survey that month (no additional entries will be awarded for additional survey completions).

Frequently Asked Questions

How many points will I receive per survey?

At this time, product satisfaction survey will continue to reward 25 points per completed survey. Rewards for other surveys and research activities will be announced on a case-by-case basis.

Are there any changes to how many product satisfaction surveys I can complete per day?

At this time, consumers may complete up to two product satisfaction surveys per day.

What are the minimum amounts needed to redeem my survey point balance?

The current survey point redemption thresholds are: $2 for 200 points (8 survey equivalent), $5 for 500 points (20 survey equivalent), and $10 for 1,000 (40 survey equivalent). The opportunity to exchange survey points will display if your account balance meets the minimum threshold requirement.

Who should I contact if I had problems redeeming my gift card?

If you experience any challenges redeeming your gift card, please send an email to support@driscollscommunity.com.

How can I check my survey point balance?

You may check your points balance directly on the community platform by clicking ‘My Rewards’ and selecting ‘Account Balance.’

Which company e-gift cards are part of the Driscoll's program?

You may choose from a selection of popular gift-card brands, including major retailers such as Amazon, Target, and Walmart.

Can I get a physical gift card?

All electronic gift cards have same functionality as physical cards and may be used both at online stores and physical stores. Once the electronic gift card has been sent to you, open the link to access and print the card. Then simply present the card details to the shop clerk when redeeming. 
 
Note: There may be special rules depending on the retailer selected. Please visit each retailer’s website for additional terms and conditions.

Do the e-gift cards from companies expire?

No, e-gift cards do not expire. E-gift card balances will only be reduced when you when apply the balance towards a transaction. Directions for checking e-gift card balances, as well as additional terms and conditions may be found at each retailer's respective website.

What are the rewards link and e-gift card limitations?

You'll find the individual retailer terms and conditions beneath the expanded gift card preview when selecting your gift card. Terms and conditions will also be emailed to you along with the link to access your selected gift card.

Can berries be purchased with the e-gift cards?

Yes. If you apply your Reward Link towards an e-gift card from a retailer that sells Driscoll's berries (e.g., Target, Walmart, etc.), the funds may be applied toward the purchase.
