Driscoll's Hiring Process

Driscoll’s is thrilled you’ve considered growing your career with us! To ensure a positive and genuine experience, we invite you to familiarize yourself with our hiring process so you know what to expect.

  1. ONLINE APPLICATION - All current jobs available are on Driscoll’s website. Although you may see jobs posted on other sites like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, or Indeed, Driscoll’s website is the best and most reliable source to view and apply to our jobs. All applications are reviewed and if your profile is a match, a Driscoll’s recruiter will contact you. Driscoll’s Recruiters only use a Driscoll’s email address and company issued contact phone number. Due to the number of applicants, we can’t always get in touch with everyone that applies.

  2. PHONE INTERVIEW – Typically, your first interview would be conducted by speaking via phone with a Driscoll’s Recruiter. Employment with Driscoll’s should be a win for both you and the company. With this in mind, the phone interview will focus on cultural fit and qualifications. This will be your opportunity to learn more about Driscoll’s, so be sure to review the Career Site and have your questions ready!

  3. IN-PERSON INTERVIEW - Our interview process is very thorough. Candidates are asked to interview with the assigned Recruiter, Hiring Manager, and a cross-functional panel of other employees. You will always be given the opportunity to conduct an interview on-site at one of our office locations. Only in the event of travel restrictions might a candidate be asked to complete an interview via Video Conferencing. Driscoll’s does not conduct interviews via social instant messaging.

  4. PRE-HIRE - Consistent with applicable laws, Background Checks are conducted for all regular-time positions. The extent of the background check varies based on the job responsibilities and role requirements.

Occasionally, Driscoll’s will partner with an outside professional recruiting firm to assist us. We encourage candidates to use the same discretion to verify the legitimacy of an outside agency seeking your information. You may also contact one of our Recruiters directly to confirm that the job which you may have been contacted about is valid. Inquiry emails may be sent to: talent.acquisition@driscolls.com

Driscoll’s values your interest. While we cannot hire every candidate expressing interest in our jobs, we strive to ensure your experience is positive and authentic. Should you have a concern regarding the application or interview process, we welcome your feedback and encourage you to contact us via the email provided.
