About the Opportunity

Driscoll’s is looking for a Brand Marketing Intern to join the #1 brand in produce! As the Brand Marketing Intern, you will support Driscoll’s brand building activities around broadening brand awareness, increasing consumer demand and strengthening affinity with our core berry consumers. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and creative partners, creating cohesive brand materials that align with our brand voice and visual identity system. As an intern you will participate in professional development workshops, job shadows, and 1:1 mentorship. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about the food industry and championing the consumer.

Responsibilities

•    Work collaboratively with foundational brand marketing team to support the planning and execution of national consumer campaigns and brand activations
•    Assist in the creation of collateral development and brand assets, including photoshoots
•    Support the organization and management of brand assets on the digital asset management platform
•    Gain experience using the creative review platform to develop cohesive marketing materials and assist with on-boarding new users
•    Perform research and analysis on key marketing campaigns, opportunities, platforms and trends
•    Collaborate with agency partners to develop marketing activation plans

Candidate Profile

​•    Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or any other related field. 
•    Successful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Ability to work independently and maintain strong working relationships through collaborative team projects 
•    Ability to think consumer first and drive positive experiences for Driscoll’s consumer audiences through marketing programs.
•    Capacity to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced changing environment.
•    Eager and open to learn!
•    Experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the salary range and benefits for the position posted.  The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors. 

The hourly range estimated for this internship is:
- Freshman to recent grad: $18-$22
- Master to PhD: $26-$40
