About the Opportunity

The Portfolio Analyst II reports to the Portfolio Manager and collaborates closely with the cross-functional teams. Portfolio Analyst will support the areas of Information Services (IS) Processes & Methodologies, IS Performance Measurement, IS Project Portfolio Governance, IS Change Management, IS finance tasks and IS Vendor Management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Office of the CIO
  • Develop/update workflows and process diagrams
  • Create PowerPoint decks/presentations for management/executive audience
  • Responsible for License Tracking, including new vendor contracts/licenses and renewals. 
  • Collecting, modeling, monitoring, and analyzing financial and business data 
  • Provide analysis for all PMO projects, including the capitalization of internal and external labor in accordance with accounting’s capitalization policy 
  • Vendor expense tracking and record keeping
  • Compilation of data between different database sources into meaningful reports
  • Represents Driscoll’s in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all interactions with growers, co-workers, suppliers, customers and the business community at large.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Professional experience on the job:1-2+ years
  • Areas of experience: Microsoft Excel (Proficiency: Advanced)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (Proficiency: Advanced)
  • Microsoft Visio (Proficiency: Intermediate)
  • Experience with Project Portfolio Management, ITIL framework, ServiceNow
  • English advanced
