About the Opportunity

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY The Early Career & University Recruiter will drive the strategy and execution of talent acquisition for early career talent in the Americas (US/CAN and LATAM). This includes developing relationships with key universities to create a pipeline of qualified candidates to the business units and hiring of interns and early career full-time jobs.This person will also work closely with the organizational development team, HR stakeholders and business leads to identify talent needs and create recruiting plans accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Through the internship program, responsible for planning the campus recruitment approach with key universities, including attending career fairs, creating relationships with students and creating qualified talent pipelines.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruiting and hiring process for interns and regular full time positions mainly within the early career talent scope in diverse areas of the business.
  • Collaborates with internal HR and key leaders to understand skills gaps to source for the right talent.
  • Supports in the workforce planning process to anticipate talent needs and have solutions for both short and long-term gaps.
  • Continuously evaluates and evolves the campus recruitment strategies for the Americas to build and nurture our network of partner universities through best-in-class practices and innovative approaches.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experience managing talent acquisition end to end processes and working with ATS.
  • Experience and excellent skill in understanding stakeholder needs, building relationships and influencing others.
  • Ability to connect the work with a systemic approach in a way that is conducive to our employee lifecycle.
  • Must be biling√ľal to communicate effectively between employees in US/CAN and LATAM.
  • Must demonstrate leadership skills to influence and make impact to a range of customers within own teams and other related teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and sense of urgency.
  • Proven competence with Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to extract information and have data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
