JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop Integration solutions on both Cloud and On-premise platforms, including Oracle and non-Oracle applications.. Good understanding and working knowledge of Oracle fusion middleware products. Able to install, configure and develop components using Oracle middleware products. Evolve and shape the strategy, architecture, platform, and standards for the Integration team Translate business strategies into IT, architecture assessment, roadmaps, and product specifications, delivering customer benefits and meeting financial goals. Work with business teams to capture requirements and build scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions meeting business needs. Expert understanding and ability to query and analyze applications data schema. Provide business and technical leadership and work with the IT Project Team to ensure that projects progress against expected timelines and alert project team to risks and issues related to IT solutions. Complete assigned projects in a timely and cost-effective manner and coordinate the tasks of internal and external resources where necessary to achieve required results. Ensures the security of Driscoll’s confidential and proprietary information and materials May lead technical/functional teams or projects. Establish working relationships with others outside the area of expertise. CANDIDATE PROFILE Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology or similar; 10+ years of experience in the enterprise application domain related to Oracle applications implementation Expert-level knowledge of Oracle ERP Application functionality Experience in implementing Oracle CLOUD Transformation programs architecture and integrations Experience with enterprise integration patterns. Experience with data modeling is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have performed in an architect role on multiple complex deployments involving Oracle fusion ERP. Must have experience with standard relational database technologies like Oracle and MySQL Server. Experience with common web connectivity and integration standards/protocols like XML, SOAP, REST, JSON and JDBC. The EBA Oracle Integration Lead will serve as the strategic interface to the IS and business team with a real passion for innovation and a strong sense of product ownership who has expertise in Business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration. Experience in Design, Modeling, Architecture, and Implementation of Oracle Integration technologies

This senior-level position will assist in various software development functions related to Order to Cash, Procure to pay, and Financials for large-scale Enterprise solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion middleware and Database technologies. This role will develop global-scale solutions utilizing the latest Planning methodologies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
