About the Opportunity

The Senior ServiceNow admin assumes responsibility for leading and administering the ServiceNow platform.  As the Senior ServiceNow Administrator, work on a wide variety of implementations, integrations, and upgrades within an ever-changing ServiceNow landscape. Senior ServiceNow Administrator work across multiple teams driving value by implementing new workflows and modules in ServiceNow. He/she will also participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex business requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
This position is responsible for monitoring ServiceNow usage, performing administrative tasks, ensuring data integrity, and working with third parties to identify additional opportunities to productively add and support new modules within the ServiceNow platform


  • Define and document processes, capture functional requirements, assess technology solutions, generate use cases, create functional designs, document training plans, analyze data migration needs.

  • Develop, configure, and improve core and custom applications. Develop systems integrations and process automation; Identify opportunities to leverage automation.

  • Manage application and platform upgrades with impact assessments & remediation plans.

  • Perform day-to-day ServiceNow administrative tasks and address production support issues

    Work directly with end users to resolve escalated issues/defects within ServiceNow; Provide guidance and assistance to ServiceNow support team(s) on an ongoing basis.

  • Support the development of a variety of applications modules like ITSM (Incident, Request, Problem, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge),  ITBM (Idea, Demand, Project, Resource, Finance) and ITOM

Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor degree: Computer Science or comparable field of study
  • Advanced English
  • ServiceNow Admin Cetrified, ITIL Foundation desired, ServiceNow implementation Certification desired
  • Areas of experience: ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM and ITOM modules
  • Years of experience: 3-5 in similar position
