Blueberries are one of the leading foods shown to fight aging! Start your day with a healthy dose in this delicious smoothie. A sweet blend of berries, banana and almond milk, it also has a protein boost thanks to ground flaxseeds.


  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup Driscoll's Blueberries
  • 1/2 cups Driscoll's Raspberries
  • 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon agave nector or honey
  • 4 ice cubes

I like this smoothie recipe for all of the ingredients except the agave. It's chemically processed and has a high amount of fructose. The fruit itself is sweet enough. Raw honey would be the best choice if you need sweetness.
