• 1/4 Cup Driscoll's Blackberries, Raspberries or Sliced Strawberries, plus more for garnish
  • 1 Oz. (2 tablespoons) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Oz. (2 tablespoons) simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 Ounces (3 tablespoons) Midori liquor
  • 1 1/2 Ounces (3 tablespoons) Prosecco
  • Ice
  • 2-3 Driscoll’s Berries for garnish
  1. CHILL a wine glass in freezer until needed.
  2. PLACE 1/4 cup blackberries, raspberries, or sliced strawberries into a cocktail shaker.
  3. ADD 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) fresh lemon juice.
  4. ADD 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) simple syrup.
  5. MASH gently with a muddler or with the back of a large spoon.
  6. ADD 1 ½ ounces (3 tablespoons) Midori liquor.
  7. FILL cocktail shaker with ice and SECURE lid tightly.
  8. SHAKE vigorously until cocktail shaker is frosty.
  9. POUR cocktail into prepared wine glass.
  10. TOP with 1 ½ ounces (3 tablespoons) Prosecco and STIR gently.
  11. GARNISH with a few berries.
  12. SERVE immediately.
