Ingredients
- 1 package (16 ounces or three cups) Driscoll's Strawberries, halved
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Stir in heavy cream, milk and vanilla and chill in refrigerator overnight.
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
- Note
For a smoother ice cream, puree strawberry mixture before heating it.
