Healthy Blueberry Bran Muffin Recipe

New additions to your blueberry muffin recipe make them healthy yet still tasty. In baked goods, flaxseed adds tenderness and moisture and replaces some of the added fat. Use a flexible spatula or wooden spoon to combine wet and dry ingredients, and gently fold in the berries to avoid crushing.

These ins are the best. I actually added 1/3 raspberries, blueberries and blackberries plus 1tsp vanilla. When I am not being "healthy" I sprinkle Raw sugar on the top and add a cup of chopped nuts before baking. Friends and Family LOVE them and they are often requested for breakfast/brunch with fresh melon.
