• 1 Package package (16 ounces) Driscoll's Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 Cup sugar
  • Lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • Gewurtztraminer or Riesling wine, chilled
  • Lime slices and additional strawberries
  1. HULL 1 package (16 ounces) strawberries and PLACE into a blender.
  2. ADD 1/2 cup fresh lime juice and 1/4 cup sugar.
  3. PUREE until smooth and POUR mixture into 2 ice cube trays.
  4. FREEZE 2 – 4 hours or until frozen solid.
  5. PLACE 3 – 4 strawberry cubes into each cocktail glass. (PLACE any leftover strawberry cubes into a freezer bag and FREEZE for later use in soda, seltzer, or lemonade.)
  6. TOP with equal parts lemon-lime soda and choice of wine.
  7. GARNISH with a lime slice and fresh strawberry.
  8. SERVE with a stir-stick.
Lighten Up Tip
  1. Lighten up the recipe by replacing the sugar and soda with an equivalent amount of sugar substitute and diet soda.
