Care & Handling
Maintain the Driscoll’s difference, handle raspberries with care to maximize yield and longer shelf life.
- Raspberries should keep for 1-2 days in your cooler.
- Driscoll’s recommends that raspberries be kept dry in cold storage and used as soon as possible.
- Handle them gently when rinsing.
- Berries need to be rinsed just before use. Some chefs choose not to rinse fragile raspberries and blackberries. We recommend following your company food safety policies.
