Care & Handling
- Driscoll's recommends blackberries be kept dry in cold storage and used as soon as possible.
- Blackberries, like their bush-berry cousin, the raspberry, are especially fragile. It is important to handle them gently when rinsing.
- Wash the blackberries carefully with cold water just before use. Some chefs choose not to rinse fragile raspberries and blackberries. We recommend following your company food safety policies.
- Blackberries taste best when kept chilled.
