Where to BuySee where your berries were grown

For over 60 years, Driscoll’s has helped people in the communities where we live and work. This program is founded on our company’s core values of passion, trustworthiness and humility, and begins with CEO, Miles Reiter and his personal commitment to environmental conservation, education and field worker welfare.

Avenues of Support

Driscoll’s strives to inspire, support and empower all of our employees and farmers to get involved and improve their communities in ways that can truly change the course of peoples’ lives.

Driscoll’s has created a proactive community outreach program, where we partner with agencies, schools and foundations in the communities where we operate to help meet the greatest needs. Our primary focus is to enhance education and health services for farm workers and their families.

Driscoll’s offers many avenues of support including grants, targeted local school support, Employee Matching, and organized volunteer and fundraising efforts. Our Dollars-for-Doers Program matches employee volunteer hours with a financial contribution for every hour volunteered. We also donate berries to local non-profits, schools and churches during our local production season.

Making a Difference

Through the leadership of people at all levels inside and outside the company, we have been able to establish deep and enduring relationships within each of our communities and have great impact on the needs of those at the heart of our industry.

We partner with our employees and farmers to contribute to a variety of worthy causes, but this program is not just about giving money. It is about inspiring each of us to do more, to be leaders, to show the impact that one pair of hands can have, and to bring that knowledge home to our families.
