Our Strategy and Business Enablement function plays a pivotal role in driving growth and transformation within the DEMEA business unit. We operate at the intersection of strategy, program management, business solutions, data science, and stakeholder engagement. By centralizing our activities, we ensure alignment, agility, visibility, and optimal resource utilization. This job can be located in the following locations, UK, SP, NL, PT and MOR.

Responsibilities

• Design, Coordinate, and Deliver: Collaborate with the manager to translate strategic agendas into detailed, actionable project plans. Execute projects that fulfill our transformation agenda.
• Lead Daily Execution: Oversee project management activities for cross-functional initiatives. Develop charters, detailed roadmaps, execution plans, and success criteria. Lead project teams.
• Resolve and Report: Address day-to-day project issues. Manage reporting cadence to the group Director, Program Manager, and broader Management Team. Track progress against success KPIs.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement (CI).

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management).
• Proven experience in shaping and leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide teams through programmatic change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
