  • Provide process services to the business unit by curating a library of processes for continuous improvement efforts.
  • Play a key role in our strategic initiatives by defining current-state organization and implementing future state workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with IS for technology implementations enhancing operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

  • A Process Excellence Analyst skilled in identifying, designing, documenting, and implementing new processes within the EMEA business unit.
  • An expert in capturing existing processes and designing innovative ones while collaborating with diverse business stakeholders.
  • A professional with strong business skills to underpin suggestions with firm rationale aligned with our strategic intent.
