You can do this via the Submit Your Resume link which is also located above the full listing of job postings.
  • You will then be asked to provide your email address and contact information. At this point you will also be able to attach your resume in text format only. Other formats such as Word or PDF files cannot be accepted. If you would like to add a cover letter or additional information, please use the Note to Recruiter field.
  • Once you click “Submit” you should see a “thank you for your interest in Driscoll’s.” If you do not receive this message on the screen, that means we have not received your resume submission.

Resume Review

After we receive your resume, we will review your experience and qualifications relative to our open positions, and if your profile matches, a recruiter from the Human Resources Department will contact you for further discussions.

Interview Process

Driscoll’s takes great pride in following an interview process that allows both the applicant and the company to clearly determine if the candidate will fit into Driscoll’s culture and collaborative team environment. Following is an overview of the full interview process that a qualified candidate could expect.

  • Step 1—Phone Interview
    • A recruiter or hiring manager will conduct the phone interview, which typically lasts 30–45 minutes.
  • Step 2—Onsite Interview with Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager
    • Initial interview to get a better sense of who you are and what you are able to do.
    • This may be a team interview or a sequential one.
    • Focus will be on your background and experience as well as discussing the unique culture and environment at Driscoll’s.
  • Step 3—Panel Interview
    • Team culture, team environment
      • Many opportunities for team or cross-functional involvement at Driscoll’s, hiring is another great example of how we conduct our business in positive, respectful and team oriented atmosphere.
      • We like to gather many different perspectives on candidates and strive for a match with our teams as well as our positions.
    • Virtually every person hired at Driscoll’s has at least one panel (group) interview, typically with 3 or 4 employees. Depending on the position, there may be more than one panel interview involved.
    • Panel participants can range from people doing similar jobs or who will be interacting with that particular job or just have a great sense of the Driscoll’s culture.
    • We take this very seriously and put great effort and care into the hiring process. We expect no less from the candidates we interview and hope to hire. We encourage an open and participatory environment in these interviews and welcome your interaction.
  • Step 4—Next Steps
    • At this point, a formal application will need to be completed and a background check conducted. We hire an outside agency to perform the background check. Depending on the position, the following records are generally researched and verified: employment history, educational credentials, criminal background, driving records and credit history. Because of our group process and team based environment, it can take up to two weeks from your last panel interview for us to make a decision. Please be patient with us. Your recruiter will be in contact with you all along the way, and will contact you once the feedback has been gathered and the decisions made.
